No doubt! The next 6 games:
@ Houston
@ UCF
East Carolina
Memphis
@ Penn St
Cincy
then closing at Tulane.
If Temple wins out and goes 11-1, they will have a far better resume than Marshall.
Holy crap the scheduling gods hate Temple, but they should contend in every one of of those games. The line vs Houston is ridiculous. Temple has every opportunity to not only cover that line, but win outright.
We got no favors with AAC schedule. Second year in a row no USF(no dig - they look better) and this year no SMU. While Memphis gets no UCF and ECU. Houston gets no ECU.

I echo everyone saying one game at a time and the team has improved, they are a much improved team, but still not a good team, too much inconsistency especially on offense.
As far as the schedule goes, personally I think it couldn’t have been set up better for Temple. They came off last season with a convincing win on the road vs a solid Memphis team. However prior to that after the mid season victory over Army they lost a shoot out at SMU in a game they were up 28-14 at the half, then next at Rutgers by 3 on a TD pass with 40 seconds left, followed by the loss to UCF at home after being up 7 with 2 minutes to go, and then at home again to UConn 28-21 after being up 21-0 at the half.
Coming off the Memphis win the team needed to learn how to win and the way the schedule played out this season it’s given them the opportunity to do that. Playing Houston or UCF, ECU, UC or Penn State early in the season would have had the potential to set this team back and lose all the momentum if they played those schools and lost big.
Definitely the meat of the schedule is here and Temple will be tested, but at least they had a chance to work some things out, get healthy and build some confidence. 6 and 6 will be a great season and they will be in perfect position moving into next year.
My Coogs probably don't make a bowl game with Temple's schedule. Then again, they still might not make a bowl game with the schedule that they do have.
