I'm not sure White is the answer at QB,but you guys have a lot of young talent on both sides.

Best of luck the rest of the year.

Agreed, I was impressed how hard they played on almost every down. When/if USF gets a QB, they will be very very good.

Thanks. WT is building his type of team. White still too young to tell hasn't been playing QB long enough but certiaintly getting him more quality supporting players plus recruiting QBs to challenge him is the way to go.

They keep having solid recruiting classes, it's only a matter of time.

By average player rating, they have the best recruiting class in the AAC right now.

Don't bet on it. We are very young and inconsistent. Never know which team shows up

Sorry but every team ECU doesn't beat handily is not going on to greatness. USF - maybe. But people said the same thing after SMU last week.

Quick question: why does every team we play this year have a bye before we play them?

I don't remember anyone saying that at all. I do remember reading that "SMU has some talent", which they do.

USF clearly has good lines and are a few skill positions away from having a good team. They'll win a conference title within the next 5 years if I were to guess.

I'm still surprised they never won a conference title back in the Big East days. They certainly were good enough, it just never happened.

They'll have one soon enough.

USF's receivers dropped A LOT of passes tonight. Get that worked out and you guys will get things turned around with your offense. Love that little RB you guys have. Thought your defense looked pretty good.

RE: USF is going to be tough in the coming years
The wife and I will be flying into Tampa to hang out with some friends who just moved out there and to watch my Coogs play USF in a couple of weeks. It is looking like it is going to be a great game. I'm not going to predict the outcome, but I do know that the Bulls are headed in the right direction in the future. Not so sure about my Coogs though.

USF recruits very well, no reason they should not be tough.

USF and UCF look similar. Both have the roster to be stout on defense, loaded with athletes. Both need good quarterback play to be good. I imagine their game this year will be another close one.

I agree. USF is just some maturity away from being up at the top of the league. I like Taggart as a coach , he is from Bradenton Manatee High School so he has connections to a lot of top talent in the area.

I didn't say that about SMU. I said that about USF, because they have really good linemen on the offensive and defensive lines. They have some good looking running backs, but their quarterback is not good. They could probably do well with a good JUCO pickup at quarterback.
