UTSA does us a fav...
...they tie the game vs FIU late with a FG, and after a fumble on the ensuing kickoff, the Runners get another FG to win it 16-13!

New divisional standings:

1)Marshall 2-0
2) MT 3-1
3) FIU 2-1
4) UAB 2-1
5) FAU 1-1
6) ODU 1-3
7) WKU 0-2

Blazers now need one more FIU loss to control their own destiny.

I think Marshall will thump FIU. We just need to take care of MTSU.

+1. The only important game is the next one.

MT is better than Marshall made it appear. Herd is for real.

I hadn't been real impressed with Marshall until today. I'm a believer now.

The old adage "he who lives by the sword dies by the sword" comes to mind LOL

More to the thread topic, I don't get the feeling that we need any help. I know that's the case technically, but if we don't continue to TCB it won't matter anyway, and if we do I just think the stars will align. Nobody gets out of a CUSA division without some scars. Now dropping two, especially on this side and then I start worrying about the big picture. For now it's all about the next game.

I think Marshall would thump that Miss State team we saw earlier in the season.

Just as well I guess because the Miss State team we're seeing now would pop them right in their smart mouths.

I think MSU will run the table as will Marshall. Would love to see the two play. I would make MSU a 10 point favorite on a neutral field.

Not worried about the conference race this year. Get to 7 wins and lets go bowling. Crawl before you walk.

Those wins gotta come from somewhere. Might as well be a couple at the hands of MTSU and Marshall as any other....
