A Buffalo Saturday night - Canisius thread
Even though the radio feed is crapping out, thought I'd start a thread and see if I'm good or bad luck.

GO Broncos!!

Hafner in goal tonight.

RE: Saturday in Buffalo - Canisius thread
I think everyone was afraid to be the one to dip their toe in the water first.
Sounds good so far as the Broncos just took a 1-0 lead on a goal by Sheldon Dries
(Assists by Muir & Kessel)

RE: A Buffalo Saturday night - Canisius thread
This is just hard to listen to. They can't keep a good line for the broadcast. Keeps crapping out and they keep rebooting their dial-up modem (at least that it what it sounds like).

Kind of hard to follow the game that way. It's almost like somebody doesn't want us to see/hear this game.

Sheldon Dries buries his second one. 2-0
When the broadcast came back, I thought it was a real goal and then decided that they were just recapping the previous goal when I heard him call it was by Dries.
Nope.
Way to go Broncos.

Some kind of injury to Colton Hargrove and he leaves for the locker room.

Major Penalty and game misconduct for Kneeing. Broncos on long penalty kill.

Nice win. 4 - 1 and a good day for Bronco sports, for a change.

Now, what I want to see is us to start winning weekend series, not splitting them. I know, easier said than done but if we want to really compete, get ranked and move up in the National, it needs to happen.

Tough to do with a young team but not impossible. We'll see what this coaching staff can do over the next few weekends.

Next weekends UNO series is huge! I really hope they can sell out, pack the rink and really create a hostile setting.

UNO is a very young team, lots of questions marks on the blue line and shaky in net. Perfect opportunity to jump on these young pups and possible sweep them.

Is it just me or does it seem that Hargrove has taken some really stupid penalties so far this year?

RE: A Buffalo Saturday night - Canisius thread
I think that the size of our players is in direct correlation to the amount of time we are spending in the box this year... both of them are on the rise. I hope this trend is not consistent and proves to be merely a statistical anomaly.
