Nate Schneider sits down for a Q & A with Thomas "The Felon" Rawls, in one of the great soft ball interviews ever.

Re: Q & A with Thomas Rawls
I think we are all pulling for him and that he will not be defined in life by his mistake etbmingo. I, like many others was disappointed in Nate's opinionated but partially-informed, peripheral take. But Nate generally does a fine job and Thomas paid the price and missed 1/6 th of the season he can't have back. Now it's past time and he has moved on.

MISTAKE?????
When Dan Enos doesn't call a time out late in the game when there is still a slim chance of winning, I never hear them refer to it as a MISTAKE. Dumb choice, stupid choice, idiotic decision................yeah, I hear those terms bantered about.

But when a 21 year old willingly decided to steal an old ladies purse, and willingly decides to go on a spending spree with her credit cards.................well, that a

MISTAKE is not the same as a CHOICE

God only knows what passes for critical thinking at that chithole school.

I'm perplexed how he paid a price. He was suspended for two games when it was found that he hadn't informed the staff that he had been charged with a felony and was going to be in court in 3 days.

When he was convicted of the felony, what was his price? Welcoming him back with open arms, apparently.

Half of the interview was about U of M

What are these questions?? lol, are you serious!?

Quote:Q: Could Davis play at Michigan? 03-drunk

A: “Oh most definitely. He could definitely play there. The way his talent is, he could play anywhere in the country. He’s efficient, man. I’ve played with and against some good receivers and he’s up there.”

I cannot believe ONE SINGLE QUESTION was not asked about his felony. What a joke. The term "soft" is an understatement.

Schneider is an idiot.

Could Staley, Babin, Fisher, Rothlinsberger, Brown, or Jennings play at scUM, Nate?

Davis could have gone to the NFL last year, and he's asking if he's good enough to play at a middle of the pack P5 school.

Funny, a kid writing for the Mt Pleasant High Oiler Times would have at least asked........"Thomas, why did you take an old ladies purse and go on a spending spree with her credit cards?"
