I sincerely doubt anything will happen to us.

However it will be kind of ironic if it does because it will be the fault of Coach Gene Bartow, CGB was on the basketball rules committee and at times the chairman. He passed several rule changes that were aimed at UAT. One was when Leon Douglas was introduced at a UAT game the crowd chanted his name for most of second half. He passed a rule that to chant a name at a athletic event with a recruit present is a violation(athletic department or boosters are forbidden to promote such activities).

What happens a secondary violation but the school can be forbidden to continue to recruit the player. UAB got Alan Ogg in part because of a similar finding against Wimp

Ogg was on the Gump's media guide.

You sure about that? Leon Douglass was a high school senior in 1972. Bartow came to UAB in 1977. Memphis State connection maybe?

I think he made up most of it. The only factual thing I found was that Bartow was on the rules committee and we got Ogg because UAT stupidly put him on their media guide.

None of the rules that passed when he was on the committee was specifically aimed at UA. Most of his rules had to do with game operation.

It was in a football program. I saw it and told the appropriate people.

I've seen three recruits tweet from HOTH tonight.

I'm sure their egos will be ok. If not I don't want them anyway because they will crack under pressure.

Haase has really made it no secret that he is all in on Ingram. If he signs we don't have room for any of the other guys anyway.

I think the other recruits were 2016 guys.

We can chant for them next year.
