Weather report on my drive to work this a.m. said rain overnight Friday into Saturday morning, with clearing around noon. We haven't had any torrential downpours ala Houston, so I suspect the field will be in good shape by kick-off.

This is unofficial secondhand information, but I have been informed that the Parade scheduled for 9 a.m this morning has been canceled due to weather. Am seeking confirmation on this...

We were planning on going early for the parade but after seeing what the weather was like and the radar figured that it would be postponed. The game here last weekend was played in a constant rain so I am guessing the local attendance will be quite a bit less than normal. They have Air Force upcoming and it isn't like we are a big time draw so TV will be a good option for local fans.

Parade cancelled per Army Gameday site.

How disappointing is this for all those who traveled for the game.....dang it.

The weather earlier in the week had looked like Saturday was going to be better than Friday's but yesterday was mostly clear and in the low 60's with little wind. Around 3 am the rain moved in. I think most of us would have packed a few more clothes if the game day that we are getting had been more likely. Won't be the first or last Owl game in weather like this.
