RE: AAC offenses struggling
Nice, I hope Memphis can keep it up!
Still a lot of games left to play. As long as the offense keeps it up to a tune of 35-36 PPG and the defense stays tough we could do something special this season.

Btw, Memphis would beat ECU by 50.
There's no way y'all would score 110 on us.

Quote:To finish on a high, Memphis has converted an excellent 22-of-24 red zone opportunities, and 17 have been TDs. For those who may wish to point out the Ole Miss game again, bear one thing in mind – the Tigers won’t play a team of their ability again this season. If they can keep up their form, the Pirates better watch their backs.
Memphis and ECU don't play each other this year..so ECU doesn't have to watch there backs. ECU should glide through the rest of there season.
Memphis vs ECU would have been a heck of a game...
Agree. Who would have thought that at the beginning if the season? ECU was picked to finish 4th, and Memphis 7th.
The collective ECU and Memphis fans would have.
Both groups spouted off about their team, and both were given the same treatment.
Hmm, I have a different recollection. I recall a lot of ECU fans spouting off, but not so many Tiger fans, lol. Not before the season started. Most of us were just hoping to go 6-6. I know I predicted 5-7.

There were a lot of Memphis fans predicting a bowl or better. Lots of others saying it wouldn't happen. It's essentially the same thing except Memphis looks better than even the Tiger fans thought.

UConn lost its best QB since 2004 early in September.

There is always that possibility, but I think Lebo will have the boys in purple ready to play.

I would respond to saying we will destroy you but football season is in progress.
