How big will the crowd be this week with it being homecoming and a top 25 team in town? Any chance of getting around 30K or so? More?
Less?

RE: USF fans
30k tickets sold? Absolutely.

30k butts in seats? Depends how many ECU fans show up.

I'm not sure what to expect this week. However, if the Bulls can win enough games to be close to UCF's record or have a chance to stop them from reaching a Bowl or winning the Conference; there will be a packed house at the end of the year.

Book it! 04-rock

I disagree. I think our fan base is so turned off right now that even the UCF game will not be well attended

It’s going to be interesting to see the turnout.
Several factors point to a better attended game:
• Traditional 7PM start
• Homecoming weekend should get students out
• Forecast for beautiful weather
• Hard to quantify, but the program is showing signs of life…if you throw out the NC State game…so hopefully that will encourage season tix holders to start attending games again
• Likely to see several thousand ECU fans in attendance 2-3K like years past
• Top 25 opponent always generates additional excitement
If you factor this all in I am guessing around 35-37K announced with maybe 30K in the seats…

Again, this has been USF’s first down period in program history so I’m not sure when interest will bounce back up to where the lower bowl of 42K was consistently full. In year’s past this game is an easy 45-50K real butts in the seats type of game. From a USF perspective, an upset would give CWT his first signature win and earn us the ire of Pirate Nation….again. Argh…… GoBulls!

Depends on how we and they are doing coming down the stretch.

I think this game easily brings in 45K-50K.

Typical ECU arrogance. So you think you're a big enough draw to bring all thirteen USF fans into one stadium? I think not.

Quality post. 5 years ago this would have been a 50K game EASILY. Right now we're hoping for 35. I remember USF drawing over 60K for Cincinnati in a similar type game a few years ago. Yes, USF actually drew that many fans, folks.

Hey, I hope you guys get 30K+ and win out this season, because I want a packed stadium when we crush any hopes you had of salvaging your season.

Not to sound like an a-hole but I doubt ecu is that big of a draw considering your past attendance this year
