If you're really scheduled to graduate in May, I'd suggest you spend the remaining 4.5 months working on your writing skills. It's prose like this that makes me wish they'd re-establish the exit exam!

I thought the writing exit exam was kinda cool.

I can't believe they got rid of this! I graduated in 2011 when it was still a requirement. I had to take a night off from drinking and wake up early for this.

For me, my second semester of Senior Design is basically what's taking the place of the exit exam. Since it's a writing intensive course it makes sense, but I'm not sure what other majors do to fulfill the requirement.

I'm pretty sure every major at ODU has writing intensive course. That's why they felt it wasn't necessary to have the exit exam as well. However, I passed the exit exam a few weeks before they announced it wasn't a requirement any longer. /Shrug

Thanks dick. Ill get right on that... My phone has a habit of thinking for me. I'm sure you can't use a smartphone on the exit exam. On that note, I'm done here. I hope everything works out for football!

Good article in the Philly Inquirer this weekend about Temple pondering an on-campus stadium. I believe we share a lot of the same issues presented in this article.

It's actually a terrible article, from someone who couldn't have less of a clue.

So it sounds like he failed the exit writing exam?
