It reminds me of a huge (over 300 lbs.) HS senior I was playing basketball against. I was able to push him all over the place wherever I wanted to even though he outweighed me by a lot. Then I saw him in the weight room and saw how weak he was.

This kid is probably the same way, a project that needs to be strengthened up to meet his weight.

Maybe in a few years we will be able to step our game up to the leftover schools BCS/AQ big east level of competition

I get that. I also understand he's a project.

The thing is he probably won't see the field as a true frosh. Right now UConn has probably given him some pointers to start with. Then he will be reshirted and I promise you he will be in the weight room and learning. His (RS) Freshman year he will be much better. After that who knows but at this point he can probably only go up. He adds strength and speed at that size and there is no telling what this kid could end up being. Im planning on seeing him on the field in 2 years not as a true frosh.

A lot can change in that time.
