Well my son can't come because of his HS Homecoming dance so make that 4.

My son has a band competition so he can't go and depending on the schedule my daughter and I might not be able to go. That means 1

My grandson is coming so it's up to two.

No doubt. For the last Callaway season, I brought my buddy Jim Beam with me more than once.

Our tickets went to the game with Blazerdawg even though we could not attend. I hope someone friendly to UAB got to use them.

Yes, 2 very faithful UAB fans got to ride upstairs in the elevator rather than push a wheelchair up the ramp.

Miami clearly doesn't have enough fan support to justify their continued existence. They need to drop to a lower division or focus on another sport.

Before Howard Schnellenberger arrived to resuscitate their program, Miami (a private school BTW) was thinking seriously about dropping football and had experimented with playing games on Friday nights to get people to come. On one occasion at the time, a TV introduction of their starting lineup for a game against Pitt had so many players from Penn., that I thought they had gotten the teams mixed up. The old staff could not get local Florida players to come to Miami. Their run of great coaches beginning with Howard changed everything for the school. FBHC Clark may do the same for UAB.
