I meant to type Harnish but was thinking about Lynch.
Hare has done a fine job at QB and still deserves to be the starter.
Agreed as a sophmore he is going to take his lumps, but the key is can he come back from those and be effective. You need experience in order to do that and he is getting that now, we just have to be patient and the staff needs to be more patient. I'm betting Hare will be just as effective as his predecessors were their Junior and Senior years.

Let me pose you this question then. If Carey is patient with Hare and allows him to play the full game against CMU and he has a bad game and NIU loses. What is your reaction? Or rather, what if Carey is patient with Hare against Kent and he continues to perform inconsistently and Kent does in fact win the game? What is your reaction?
Are you happy Hare got to play the entire game and gained experience, or are you upset that NIU lost?
