Isn't Mr. Cole responsible for the decision to have randomly rotating QBs? He is the O coordinator and I doubt if Carey is making the decisions on his own.

You know, this is a really good point, and one that I have not really thought about to be honest. (and yes, that makes me an idiot) If Carey is making the QB call, how is that affecting the play calling by Cole. Obviously, both quarterbacks have their own strengths and weaknesses.
