NW does it again!
Northwestern pulls off another big upset for the 2nd week. Scoring a big win over Wisc 20-14.

Fitz has to be an early candidate for BigTen coach of the year.

As an Iowa fan, usually I just hate Northwestern for how much trouble they give the Hawks. Now I hate them for how much trouble they are giving the Big Ten.

Gotta say after that poor start they look pretty darn good these last two weeks.

The Cats are showing they are for real.

I wonder if that reporter who asked Fitz if NU could win a B1G Ten football game has written an article to let his 20 readers that NU can indeed win a B1G game.

RE: NW does it again!
Cats kept it close for 3 quarters but falling apart like they dd in the 4th is getting old and embarrassing.

Cats will have to pull some surprises down the stretch to get bowl eligible. Should beat Michigan at home, should be Illinois on the road but that's 6th win is going to have to come from Iowa (road, always a battle) or Purdue who with a new starting QB has improved greatly. That game would have been an easy W back in September but not in November. I will not be happy with anything less than a 7-5 season.
