Cajuns left out entirely. That's a big change.

Indeed. Everyone should just quietly draw a line through the Cajuns. Heck, probably be wise to ignore them at practice althogether and just concentrate on the next opponent.

Still, its odd given the Cajuns schedule. Sure, they don't play Idaho which doesn't help matters, but picking them out of a bowl essentially means you think They lose to Texas State, Arkansas State, South Alabama, and UL Monroe.

And at the rate they're going, they may, though I'm obviously not ready to concede anything.

We will know a lot about the cajuns after this weekend. There have been personnel changes that have been made, which I agree with. QB play is still a huge issue and we get back Robinson on offense and Johnson on defense.
Hopefully we get back on tack. If we drop this one at home our season is toast.

I figure this is all a part of a strategy to make sure Hudspeth never gets offered another job. Put up just enough stinkers in a given year to make people back off. I fully expect you to finish no worse than 3rd in league this year now.

As frustrating as the LaTech loss was, I never expected our 1st home conference game to be a "make or break" type game.........but I think it is.

While for me this year has been a disappointment, I do have to remind myself that the Cajuns seem to start off every season in much the same way, at or about .500 by the time conference play kicks off. Having said that, there are still definite concerns. That first conference game is indeed very important.
