it's a combination of things that attract the talent:
1. Nice campus with modern amenities(no old brick dorms)
2. Tanning weather 10 out of 12 months a year
3. access to shopping
4. Centrally located in Florida and closer to South Florida

we have a ton of "talent" as well in every flavor imaginable but they seem to want to stay hidden....
cheerleaders are normally the top talent on campus but ours are at best a 7 compared to whats walking around
