I've been busy so I haven't been checking in as frequently as I like, but I was surprised to not see anything about Jason Cope and the recent set of articles the Plain Dealer has published on his "business" activities.
According to the Plain Dealer/SEC, not only was Cope not paying the settlement to his original scheme, he was using the money that should have went to the settlement to purchase massive home and pledge money to KSU. Evidently, a judge recently ordered him to start paying and he has, however, it was with the money he was receiving in kickbacks from another pump-and-dump scheme.

My wife and I have four seats (we bought so we'd have room when the family expands), but with the addition of twins in the next month and a 3-year old already, I need another seat. Unfortunately we're land locked where we are now so I called to see if there were 5 seats together or another 2 or 3 anywhere around our current seats. Evidently, they have 5 in the front row available, which just happens to be where Mr. Cope and his family sat. I don't think we should be expecting him, which in my opinion is a good thing because we don't want to be associated with trash like that.

RE: Cope Court
Yikes. that's not good at all.
I don't understand how someone with a criminal past like that can still be touting stocks or involved in any market activities.
I'm not a savy investor but if "it sounds to good to be true it probably is"
