Exactly. dawson would be nice, but Kimbrow would be a game breaker. That backfield would be scary...

Actually it is the West doctrine. Adopted by Pastner.

I Agree. Coach Fuente has guidelines for these guys to follow as well as the leadership counsel. That should be establish before signing.

It's more about proper fit and readiness for compliance. I dare say we have a bunch of people on this board who would have been considered challenges but in time turned out pretty good.

It's a balance. What's the problem and what's the chance of success. I'm all for 2nd and third chances but proven acts of violent crime are deal breakers for this type of 2nd chance.

Was violent crime involved? I had not heard that but would agree is a deal breaker.

The good thing is that we are in a position where we don't desperately need Dawson or Kimbrow. I will trust in Coach Fuente decision if he will take them or not
