All I've heard about going into the season is how much more competitive the East is than the West. I'm not so sure about that this year. The East is top heavy with Sparty and tOSU. Michigan is a basket case, Penn St is lacking depth, Indiana doesn't play defense... Hell, I like Maryland and Rutgers to finish 3 and 4 in the division.
The west on the other hand has Nebraska, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa that all have a realistic shot at the division this year. Northwestern, Illinois, and Purdue are looking slightly better than last year and I expect them to get a couple of surprising wins aka NU over PSU.

At half time it was announced Purdue is accepting an invite to join the MAC for football.

Haha, founding member so I doubt it, but I wouldn't be upset either.

"Doesn't matter if the B1G can't win OOC games", we have 9 either undefeated or with 1 loss, only other conference with that amount or high of percentage is the SEC, who have more undefeated than the Big Ten.
