One wasn't created.

56-0 with 17 seconds left in the 4th. SMU ball on the TCU 7. Will they get a score?

Yes. 1 touchdown (against North Texas) and 2 FGs.

I really think any should stick with Davis, he is the second best throwing quarterback you have (by a small margin) and by far the best running back

If I were smu's coach I'd switch from the run and shoot to a more huddle offense, your offense isn't scoring, your defense isn't great, no need to have 30 second 3 n outs and have your defense on the field 40 minutes on a ton of drives to let the opposition score.
Id honestly look at the ohio state offense with miller and see how much I could translate to Davis

SMU's next three games are @ us (ECU), then home against Cinci, and home against Memphis. There are looking at 0-7 there and then a chance for a win against Tulsa in Tulsa. I'm not sure I see a winnable home game for them the rest of the year.

This SMU team could very well be up there with the worst teams ever fielded in college football.

I can't imagine how these players must feel. The morale must be very low.

Actually the players looked like they were having fun. Went for touchdowns instead of field goals three times today

Well no one can block so we're going to have a hell of a time trying to run Ohio State's offense (or anyone else's for that matter). Trying to completely the change the offense at this point with a bunch of R&S coaches and extremely limited personnel will guarantee 0-12.

The players were pumped early on. There's only so much you can do when every team you play is bigger, stronger, faster.

5% of all FBS players come from the North Texas area. The next SMU coach needs to find some quality players who want to attend an elite school and play in front of friends & family. There must be some players like that out there.

FCS teams are not exactly pushovers these days and given their current state, I'm willing to bet a sizable amount of FCS teams would have their way with the Ponies.

Yeah, I know that basic fact.
