Considering how bad the American is, they might be changing their mind about joining them...LOL

RE: WKU / Navy game thread
My daughter turned 3 today, so did not get to watch the game live, getting ready to watch it now, and a win is much easier to watch!..Not sure what it is about Navy, but we always play them tough minus one game in the 4 game series....I will take 2 and 2 any day with 3 out of our 4 games all on the road to start the season....Now lets get our first ever CUSA win next Saturday, looking forward to being there for that one!

In spite of my juvenile sense of humor..... My daughter is at UT Austin. What I'd give for her to be a 3 year old, and look at me like I'm still her superhero.

She still does, but not the same.

Enjoy the moments.

have fun watching it!

we really schemed well and minimized the triple option last year. but......andrew jackson put reynolds out of the game. their backup was nowhere near as effective.

i was concerned a healthy reynolds was gonna be too much on the road. at times he was but in our defense's defense....after we fell behind 14-6 we ended them on 30-13 run.

have to tip the 'beed cap to holt on this one.

oh yeah...hat tip to wonderful terry.

Reynold's does a fantastic job on running the option but thankfully he is not much of a passer or we might have just lost this game. 03-shhhh

RE: WKU / Navy game thread
Is it just me, or did Navy get away with a lot of "chippy" play in that WKU game ?

Watched the entire game & saw some holding not called, chop blocks, etc.

Kudos to Western for fighting through the "no calls"

I saw all that also..... I thought I was just wrong on how calls was made, guess not. Navy opens up lanes with lots of questionable chop blocks

I thought Navy got away with a few chop blocks (and so did the Navy fans behind us) and a few shots to the head on tackles. Of course I'm usually wrong when I watch the game back.

As for our cry baby fans that love to bi*ch about everything

all you are is whinny little crybabies that don't really support the program anyways. Probably never attend a game and if you do it's once every other year...if that

but you whine and cry like a freaking pro

this team is 2-2 and two plays away from being 4-0 and 1 of only 9 G5 schools with a shot to have four 7 or more winning seasons and 1 of I believe 28 total FBS schools to have that shot.

That's anything but mediocre

I wasn't surprised with the turn out...

I was with our turnout at the muts game...thought maybe 400.

Western always has 400 or so fans at Army, Navy, Gst, USA, FIU & FAU. Most are the money crowd and I will only see maybe 40 of those fans at LA Tech on Nov 1st.

I expect to see maybe 250 to 300 of the same fans at FAU on 10-18 and maybe another 150-200 players families. That is if I get to go...

my wife has coronary artery bypass on Oct 7th we put it off so we could make the MUTS & Navy games with the hopes she's doing good enough that my son and I can make the FAU game.
