RU vs Tulane
The anoucing crew is horrible. Didn't explain why Tulane run back was brought back to the ten yard line. And she called Tulane, Temple.

RE: RU vs Tulane
First possessions: Tulane 3 and out.
RU takes punt and marches down the field to score.
7-0 RU

RE: RU vs Tulane
So far Tulane has three possessions and three punts. RU has three possessions and three TDs. 21-0.

RE: RU vs Tulane
21-6 @ the half. RU looked like world heaters for first three possessions. Then just went to sleep for the last two. D the same. Kicker is keeping Tulane out of this game as he has missed a FG and a PAT. Tulane starting qb out with bruised throwing shoulder. Back up doing nothing so far. Still RU needs to put this team away in 3rd Q.

Great game today. If you watched in on TV instead of attending in person, don't feel too bad. It was an 85-degree pressure cooker out there.

I just came back from walking my dog and I don't know how, but it's worse then those summer days.

It looked to be high 30's or low 40's to start. But it was 85' and full sun and we were in control from the opening kiec. So it looked like half the crowd left at the half. Noon games in September SUCK!

You should come live in Arizona. 85? That's nothing.

Sure but the humidity was a tad high today. And keep in mind low humidity to us is below 50% relative humidity. We've also had cooler weather most of the month so we've started getting used to that as opposed to summer temps.

You guys play noon games? I have friends who moved out there several years ago. They get A State tickets now. There is no way I'd ever move out there. One week in Vegas was more than enough. I'd sooner stick my head in my oven than deal with that desert heat.

The summer is pretty rough BUT we don't have humidity except during monsoon days. I lived in Iowa and I lived in Louisiana. Humidity is worse than Heat.

Today it got to be like 85 degrees and no humidity. Once you get past the high heat, it doesn't get anymore beautiful than here. No clouds, sun and comfortable temperature.

Go a couple hours north to places like Prescott, Arizona and you are suddenly going to be cold. Arizona has some drastic temperature differences.

Until I came here, I had the same ideas about Arizona and the temperatures I saw for this place on The Weather Channel. That is misleading when you come from an area with high humidity. There is a big difference.

I recall about 5 years ago I was in Vegas and it was about 90 out, but because it was so dry that when I got out of the pool I was cold as if I had been getting out of the pool in 70 degree weather.
