Do not exercise before drug test
Here is an interesting bit of information i have ran across. A jockey was unable to explain why he failed his drug test for THC even though he had not smoked any pot in months. A research study from the fall of 2013 has found the answer to this question. It seems that the jockey had just went through an exercise program to lose weight. The research study found this to be a significant factor. As the study shows that exercise releases stored up THC from the fat cells in the body into the blood stream. When you smoke pot THC is stored in your fat cells. Then when you exercise that THC is released into your blood stream as the fat is burnt. Since the effect of exercise continue even after you have stopped exercising, you body could be releasing THC into your blood stream for hours after a hard workout.
