The way you quoted the article, whether intentional or not, implies the letter was written by the girls lawyer, when in fact the article is a summary of what winstons lawyer wrote to the shool, making claims

How do you know she has or hasnt denied it based off of this article? She is only mentioned in the third person.

The young lady's attorney has already said that Winston's attorney approached him to offer a cash settlement. I didn't read the tmz article, but it would be shoddy reporting not to state that, when other media outlets have reported it.

Let's be perfectly clear about the facts; It is a FACT that Winston denied having any sexual encounter until after he was proven to be a liar. Then he changed his story to consensual sex.


Sorry, but an innocent person doesn't lie and say he didn't have sex. They also don't send their lawyer to the victims lawyer and ask his much to make it go away.
