If you are visiting Chapel Hill the best thing is to park in the hospital parking deck. It is a 15 minute walk to Kenan or the Dean Dome. I think they charge a flat fee for football parking. Not much room for tailgating but I have seen some do it.

Nice to see Duke making some improvements.

I was impressed to see a few Duke fans at Sun Life. About what I expected, but there was a noticeable section of Duke blue.

Chapel Hill is land locked and there is no room for parking. If you are fortunate enough to get to the hospital decks, good but he best bet is the Friday Complex off campus and take the shuttle. One of my old classmates told me that there is construction at University Mall; which means the parking has become much worse.

Here is the map for parking at Carolina.
The areas in red are the only areas available for public parking. Visitors must remember that you are in competition with season ticket holders for those spots too.
The rest of the parking on campus is controlled through the Rams Club and requires a permit.

Please refer to this map BEFORE you attempt to find a parking place in Chapel Hill.
The spots marked as $5 parking are open air and good to tailgate (they are off of Mason Farm Road).

Right, but those are also the best actual facilities in the league.

If you think Miami has the best facilities in the league because they use an NFL stadium on game days, good for you. They don't have the same presence at the stadium that Pitt has, nor the proximity, or indoor facilities, etc. And neither of you have truly great atmospheres since your stadiums rarely sell out. Not to mention the revenue forfeited by not owning your own stadium.

But at least you attempted to answer the question as to which school has the worst stadium now.
