I don't think it's being run over, at all. I don't feel less safe, I have no reason to, and I just don't know how to feel hatred or spite towards those doing exactly what any one of us would do ourselves. We are just trying to get a gauge on whether flooding the country with foreign born illegal immigrants from south of the border has helped the common white liberal to absolve his or herself from some of the self loathing and guilt.

I think you should actually talk to other people instead of just believing what the skewed media outlets have to say about them. That goes for liberals too, for the record. Its my understanding that warrants require announcement before executing the warrant. That may not be the case in Texas and if so then the man has no legal ground for self defense in that state (if that's the case I fully disagree with that law, but since I'm not a Texas citizen its not my business).
