Probably can't really afford it with FS1 only getting a fraction of the fees Fox was seeking. Fox is probably already losing big money on FS1.

They need to get FS1 as a whole to the ratings the MLB playoffs are getting before they focus on FS2. Not sure why they launched two at once.

DirecTV had Fuel in HD. As long as the national satellite providers have it in HD (and they have from the rebranded launches last year), that's the majority of potential subscribers.

BTW, FS2 has this coming Thursday's Utah at Oregon State game unless the Giants sweep the Cardinals.

Dish didn't have HD until last month.

It would be nice to have ASN upgrade their equipment to HD. Most of their programming looks like pre-1970. For those not born yet let's just say it was the pits, grainy and not focused.
