If we control the turnover battle and our defense plays lights out - we can win!

If the turnovers get ugly...this game will get ugly - potentially fast. But based on their performances against VT and Navy, they are not unbeatable!

Sorry guys, but our D simply cant tackle. Alot of missed tackles against Miami. And watching Hendrix, who isnt as good as Barret running the ball scared me even more.

I am surrounded by buckeye homers (most of whom have no formal connection to the school) up in my neck of the woods. Their arrogance drives me insane. Winning on Saturday would give me pure joy for the next 5 years until we play them again. I simply cannot pick against the Bearcats for this game.

I talked to my mom last night who lives in Mansfield, she was saying that the OSU fans around the area are definitely worried and somewhat scared of this game. Having lost to VT which had the only viable passing offense in their 3 games, they view UC as a very serious threat. I'm sure Meyer has stressed to his team that it will be a game - yet, I believe their players will treat this game the same way UC did in their game against Miami - a gimme.

So, I'm picking for the upset, somehow UC wins the game 35-28.

I like your insight and analysis and hope you're right. I'm concerned that Gunner won't have time to complete those passes this week; their line will contain our somewhat average ground game and the UC defense will spend too much time on the field. So while I like this UC team I don't see it as the matchup nightmare for OSU that others believe:
