Dude was wide open and couldn't bring it in.

Thing is, we traded blow for blow with them. They had the ball at the end of the game and our D shut put Manning on his tail.

Much like our D did to the other Manning a few seasons earlier.

20-0 in the 4th quarter. We kicked a couple of safe field goals when we could have gotten touchdowns if we tried.

I was at that game. A fierce storm before the game, blew out a window in the press box. Then a cheer from the whole crowd when the sun came out late in the 4th quarter. That was a very satisfying victory.

Sad but true that with the $EC TV money that get now they are at a different level. Just the difference in their stadium improvements from when we won there last in 2004 from two years ago when I last attended a game there is impressive.

Yes the $EC has afforded some incredible stadium renovations at Ole Miss and Miss State.
