RE: Week 4: Rank the AAC
After Week 4:

1. ECU (Thumped P5 school, great for perception)
2. UCF (After playing now 4-0 Penn St to 2 points and losing to defending SEC East Champs, UCF blew out FCS opponent)
3. Cincy (Squeaked out win against now 0-4 Miami of Ohio)
4. Houston (Solid showing against now 1-3 UNLV team, rushed for 400 yards)
5. Memphis (Really good run D and good running game, recipe for winning football games)
6. Temple (Blanked now 0-4 FCS opponent)
7. Tulane (Suffered blowout against Duke, Duke now 4-0)
8. Tulsa (Bye week, still better than bottom 3 although FAU lost to Wyoming yesterday)
9. South Florida (Won their 5th conference game in the last 4 seasons, 3 of which have been against UConn)
10. UConn (Now 4-13 in last 17 with lone 2014 win against FCS Stony Brook by 3, SB is 1-3 with lone win against DII AIC)
11. SMU (Outscored 146-12 in three losses this year, usually forgivable against BAY and TAMU but not UNT)

I have not seen enough of each team to rank them but I think UCF, Cincy, ECU, Houston, Memphis, and Temple are all pretty good ball clubs.

I like this guy. That being said, ECU is on a different level right now. I wish they had that USC game back.

Yup…That was a tough one. We had our chances, just did not make the plays when we needed. USC and Steve Spurrier are tough to beat, especially at home. They just find a way to win.

Almost feel like I have to pinch myself right now…I felt like we would have a good team this year but right now they are coming together much better than I could have ever expected. Still a long ways to go but I like the attitude of this team.

Things always get difficult in league play and we go up against several teams we have not played in a very long time and I see a couple that could present some match-up problems for us. It is hard for any team to play at their best week in and week out. I am a worry wart so most every game on our schedule scares me and we all know the injury bug can hit at any time but it has been a fun ride so far this season.

Also I am loving our ESPN TV Contract…The exposure for the league has been top notch.

Scheduling may come into play too. We don't play ECU or UCF. Cincy does play ECU. Cincy didn't really look all that sharp today either.
