Oregon survives, with a little help from the officials turning a blind eye to a blatant pass interference on WSUs final drive.

Nothing is too good for Nike U.

Another coach with some poor decisions. Miss State deep in LSU territory time running out and on 4th down they run into the line and turn the ball over. The talking heads were saying Miss State had enough points and running the ball ate more time off the clock. How much more than kicking a FG? Probably 8 or 9 seconds....kicking the FG would have made the final score difference 8 adding some cushion at the end. Also they replaced their center and the backup promptly sailed the snap past Prescott leading to the quick LSU TD...shades of Byron Coston in for Trevor Cobb. Miss State dominated LSU but almost gave the game away.

I could not believe Leach was not jumping up and down on the sidelines on that one. It was one of the most blatant and obvious pass interference calls I've seen-- absolutely non-debatable. How do the officials miss that call, and call against the home team on that one? Oh yeah-- they're Pac-12 officials, and Oregon is currently the #2 team in the country.

Because we all know that sideline antics cause refs to overturn their calls.

SMU not only had to play against the Aggies, they also had to play against the Aggie cadets.

He probably earned himself a full ride for the rest of his time at A&M.

My interest in other CFB action falls dramatically after bad Rice losses.

No free ride yet, but free senior boots is a good start:

It probably takes somewhere around 8 seconds to run 80 yards and another two seconds to get a quick pass off, plus extra point and kickoff, so the upper limit would be somewhere around 240 touchdowns, or 1680 points. If you'd grant that Bailiff teams can hold the ball for 40 minutes against just about anyone, that drops dramatically to merely 560 points. Regardless, we've seen that movie before with Art Briles and Kevin Sumlin's teams.
