Private Non-Religious Affiliated School. I went to one of those. Many of the kids there are there precisely because the parents didn't want to send them to a school with religious ties. I suspect the coach is a FCA'er. We had lots of problems with them at my high school. One coach had to be told, point blank, continue to attempt to convert the kids and you will be fired.

I am a Christian and I was told when I first started coaching that I could not lead a team in prayer or suggest that they do a team prayer.

Common sense. If you can't lead or suggest, why stick around if it happens. It would happen from time to time. ..I would walk away.

Tommy, how come you use the Bible only when it suits you. There's tons of verses that are against your liberal positions, why don't you use those?

There's one where it says, if two or more are together in His name He will be there also. Wouldn't this apply too?
