Good game tonight: Auburn @ Kansas State.
We need a judgment call from GTS: Is game banned, or is it ok since it's OOC, a true road game, and not in the SEC footprint?

The game is at Kansas State so it is actually a Big 12 broadcast. You are green lit to view.

VT-GT: Mutually assured coach destruction edition. If VT wins, it will be YET ANOTHER year of Beamer-barrassment as VT goes full retard out of conference then wins the Coastal.

RE: Open Thread - Week 4
According to ESPN this a make it or break it weekend for the ACC they assume that if FSU lost to Clemson Saturday they would be eliminated from National tittle contention? I just think that's crazy, if FSU loses one game but continues to beat a highly ranked ND, an improved Florida and a potential top 25 coastal champ, I find it crazy to immediately eliminate them... But for ESPN I guess it just opens the door for a 4 SEC team playoff

I certainly don't miss watching broadcasts where 2 of the 3 people calling it for ESPN are SEC players. I particularly gag when that leg humper Pollock "compliments" the K State player by saying "they could play for Auburn".

To be fair, VT did beat Ohio State at their place, so really it's only HALF retard.

RE: Open Thread - Week 4
So far Auburn @ K-State seems like a weird game. K-State is stopping the vaunted Auburn running attack with just 6 men in the box. On the other hand, Auburn is successfully passing against K-State. One thing the Wildcats are clearly winning so far, it seems, is the kicking game.

Auburn 10, K-State 7
1:30 to play in the first half.

Auburn 20, K-State 7.
Wildcats have blown something like 5 scoring opportunities, and as well-coached as they appear to be, the players are simply not making the plays. Dropped passes. Dropped interceptions.

Interesting trivia fact just given: the last time Auburn won a true road game against a ranked non-conference opponent was 30 years ago, in 1984, when they beat FSU in Tallahassee. Of course, they've gone years at a stretch without even playing any ranked non-conference road games...

I like watching rain games. USF is looking pretty good, though UConn is a bad team. It's a battle of the ugly helmets. UConn's football helmets are just terrible. I would like the USF helmets if the Bull was smaller.

I like Taggert and want to see him do well at USF. I hope they win. I've always pulled for the Bulls... when they weren't playing UofL.

I'm shocked. USF could not move the ball at all against our first string last week. UConn must really be bad.

That was one of the ugliest games you'll ever see. USF has some talent but is a bad team. UConn however is worse, with a FCS quality roster currently.

You have to wonder if the outcome would have been different had UConn decided before 2 minutes left in the game that the forward pass was indeed legal in college football. If I were a Husky fan (Thank God I'm not) I would seriously be questioning my coaching staff right about now.

RE: Open Thread - Week 4
Last Night:
Ran warm up, sprints and cool down with my oldest two kids, picked up a couple movies (Mom's Night Out, God's Not Dead), stopped by the local high school football field and watched a few drives in the setting sun, watched the USF vs. UConn game while listening to Christian Academy of Louisville H.S. game on iHigh, followed scores of high school football from across The Great Commonwealth of Kentucky on KHSAA, watch Mom's Night Out which is a really good and funny movie, and then went to bed.

Today:
09:00am Run 4.5 miles with my oldest two kids
11:00am Change stations between the Pitt and VT vs. GT games, follow the ODU game by Gamecast on my laptop.
11:30am Stream the Syracuse and Duke games through ESPN3 on laptop.
2:30pm Watch UofL game and on commercial breaks switch to UNC and Virginia games.
6:00pm Watch #24 Liberty U. vs. #25 Bryant on ESPN3. Watch the Memphis vs. MTSU game on ESPN3 while keeping tabs of the Cincinnati game on Gamecast.
7:00pm Switch back and forth between Miami, Florida St. on TV while watching previously listed games on internet.
Somehow figure out how to watch God's Not Dead in that same time frame or watch it after the games go off and get charged an extra day of rental from Redbox.

Oh dear, I'm in football sensory overload now. I'm trying to watch 4 games all at the same time..... VT, ODU, Pitt, and Cuse. They all happen to be on TV right now.

Chris James rushes for the Pitt TD. So far the nations 4th best rushing offense is beating the 6 best rushing defense. Pitt up 7-0.
