My poll is pretty close to the final. I do have Cincy #1 and missed Memphis, but other than that, I'm pretty close on where I'm placing teams.

I am hanging pretty close with a couple of exceptions. I thought GS should have popped into the top 25. They have hung really tough against two ACC teams and been in position to win both games.

RE: Week 3 G5 Top 25 National Football Poll 2014 RESULTS (Sept 18)
IMO, the poll has settled down in the last few weeks and I have noticed that voters have become more concentrated on groupings. Voters have divided their selections into high, middle and lower tier teams. It appears, as a group that everyone has narrowed their assessment of selecting the TOP 25 teams dramatically. In the first poll (preseason), dang near all 63 teams received votes. This poll there were only 48 teams that received 1 point or more on this poll.
I am sure there is some bias in our voting, but in some ways that is the nice thing about polls. We all have our own way of evaluating teams in different regions on the country. That helps make the poll what it is. As the poll moves forward it will become even more narrowed with the focus on the overall performance of each team and how they compete on the field.
I appreciate everyone that has helped make the poll a success.

There were 5 teams that had BIG leaps up in the poll this week.
1) Utah up 11 spots
2) Memphis up 10 spots
3) Louisiana Tech up 9 spots
4) UTEP up 9 spots
5) Georgia Southern up 9 spots
