My intuition says there will be no mention of costs associated with any stated goal or plan, nor will there be a specific target date or time frame to start or complete any stated objective. In addition, there will be little reference to athletics, aside from a token reference to building a facility where conventions could be held and the community could enjoy live entertainment.

anticipate more of these kinds of events in various locations
