You're bleeding all over this board and it's embarrassing your fan base.

I have been on this board talking about Sam Pittman bc has more class and wit than any other coach I have ever met. If Frazier knows best he could actually do something right and get him when Carey gets bought by who ever it is that is tired of losing. Pitt has a contract til 2016 right when Frazier leaves for Madison.
We should start fundraising now. 700k a year for 5 or 6 years. Pittman can take us to the next level and people all over the country will wanna coach for him.

Lets get this damm thing going-Joe Novak

ps. Arkansas fans take it easy on our boys and enjoy Sam Pittman, Bob Stoops will be the next guy to offer him big $$$$ he always tries to get Coach.

You don't think he will ever want to move up the ranks to becoming a head coach? I mean, if he is being offered $1 mil a year to do what he does know than you can't beat that because of having no pressure on himself!

I honestly don't... It may be "Coach speak" but he even mentioned something to that effect in an interview.

I think these guys really wanted the challenge to build a powerhouse from the ground up and I think they are being given that opportunity.

But of course, I could be wrong given the nature of College Football and Our Microwave Society... But this feels different. Just speaking honestly.

RE: Pittman Making Good Coin
Coach Pitt really wanted to be at a program for 4 years and really wanted to be our head coach. The AD at the time had not hired Pitt and didn't like Pitt. Jim Philips felt that he needed to make his own decision for his resume. Coach left the day after the Poinsettia bowl shook our hands on the airplane leaving san diego and we won 2 games the next year. Coach Pitt wanted to clean house and instead we had to waste a year and won 2 games arrrhhhhh.
If anybody deserves to be a head coach in the next 2 years its him. He has waited long enough! If he asks for 1 mil, ITS WORTH IT.
