I am against abortion being used as birth control in the moral sense but I have no problem with it being legal for any situation up to 6-8 weeks.

I think most Americans fall somewhere around what I just said. It shouldn't be illegal in every case but it isn't a good thing and they don't like it.

So how do I answer the question of do you support abortion, yes or no?

Legal and seldom

Despite their abject incompetence.....Obama's failures will most likely lead to them taking the Senate. It could well be worse than anyone is now thinking. It won't however be because of good candidates or issues. It will just be a national thumbs down on the last 6 years.

I think it's pretty clear at this point that whoever takes the senate will be perceived as the lesser of two evils.

Come on John.. show me how HARD it is to get contraceptives. I really want to know what you call "hard".

Quote:A woman needs a prescription to acquire birth control pills. Many health services provide the exam, prescription and birth control pill for a reduced price, or even for free. Some health care programs, such as Medicaid, also may provide these services for free or for a small charge

So the hard part is getting a prescription??? Getting the doctor to sign off on it, to make sure you're not going to have a fatal reaction to the medication.

WOW, that's really difficult!

You might argue that it's more difficult for teenagers, since I believe they are _supposed_ to get parental consent. But we're referring to being supposedly anti-women, not anti-teenagers. Unless you want to throw that silly label on the Republicans just to cover all your bases.
