Reggie Bush speaks on punishing his 1 year old, harshly if needed. What an a$$
http://www.foxsports.com/nfl/story/detro...ses-091614
...Bush appeared on WFAN's "Boomer and Carton" where he was, of course, asked about the Adrian Peterson child abuse allegations. Bush talked himself into a pretzel with a couple head-scratching comments about the situation.
The most controversial centered around Bush's own parenting habits.
"I most definitely discipline my daughter," he said on WFAN. "I have a 1-year-old daughter, and I discipline her.
"I definitely will try to -- will obviously not leave bruises or anything like that on her," Bush continued. "But I definitely will discipline her harshly depending on what the situation is."...

A one year old doesn't even know what's going on around them.
But I bet if you poll the NFL players with kids, a majority will tell you that they physically discipline their children. Maybe not to the extent that Peterson did, but spankings, belts, etc. would be prevalent I bet.

While I did not see the interview, I highly doubt that he means that he uses a switch on a one year old. But, not having seen it, I won't go by only what I read.

A time out standing in the corner is a form of discipline. Sending her to bed or taking about toys when they misbehave is a form of discipline.
Some of you are so offended by anything that any type of discipline is not acceptable to you.

No. The implication is that Bush was commiserating with Peterson ("I try not to leave bruises on her or anything").
Whether you like it or not, there has to be a limit to how parents physically discipline their children.

If I was in the public eye, I wouldn't answer any question on any hot topic. When Michael Saims, I think that's his name was drafted, if I was going to be one of his future teammates, if I was asked the question about my thoughts, I would have respectfully declined any comment, same with this. Mr. Bush, may not have been talking about the discipline of his child in the presence sense, remember she's only one, his mindset was most likely when the child was older, but here we are, dissecting his statement.

My issue is with libtards deciding they can set that limit. Since it is common knowledge that they do not believe in any type of corporal punishment. That is unless the child is still in the womb.
