UCF on the list makes sense once I read his criteria; however, they will beat BCC and move off the list. I also think USF and Tulsa will move off the list.

He's got every winless FBS team on there so it's not like he singled out UCF. Fresno State and Rice are "ranked" too.

Actually he's saying UCF will beat BCU. It's a joke ranking so he writes his comments as if staying on the list is desirable. Beating BCU will screw up our ranking in the bottom 25. Here's an example with Rice...

"Does Rice really deserve the honor of being a top-five team? I'm not convinced. Anybody can lose to Notre Dame and Texas A&M on the road, but can the Owls pull off a home loss to Old Dominion? Prove it to me, Owls. Prove it to all of us."
