B.S. regarding the sweat shirt being faded. That was a very disturbing and Tragic day for those of Us around then. 3 of the deceased had nothing to do with the Demonstrations. 2 were walking to classes. 1 was R.O.T.C. all in the wrong place. Only 1 was an active participant throwing bottles at the National Guard. They weren't even supposed to have live rounds. The one young lady shown kneeling over Jeffery Miller's body was 14 years old.
The whole tragedy should never have happened. I was just starting My summer of My Senior year of High School then. I could relate to those four students and the troubling times before and after.
The Sweat Shirt represents a moment in time that never should be forgotten. Hope it never happens again on a College campus in America.

I really do think the idea was clever. But I also think discretion should have been used and the idea shelved completely.

Why doesn't anyone say the sweatshirt is racist? 13 people were shot at Jackson State.
