RE: Ucf nearing a sellout vs BCC
Sorry guys. BCC vs. Florida A&M is played every year in Orlando.

"The Florida Classic has now drawn in excess of 1.4 million fans since 1978. Since 1997, a total of 689,592 fans have watched the Florida Classic in the Florida Citrus Bowl Stadium, an average of 68,708 per year. By comparison, the total attendance for the 17 years prior to Orlando was 765,529, an average of only 45,031. Between Orlando and Tampa, the Classic has drawn 1,383,905 fans. The record for attendance at the game is 73,358, set in Orlando in 2003. The announced attendance in 2008 was 60,712"

How many times does UCF play the Golden Knights? or UCF vs Knights?

What about UCF vs. Central Florida?

And as usual, in your zeal to police all message board topics, you don't get it. I didn't quote those posts and was referring to the reference to "BCC" that started with the 0P. But thanks for your interest.

Well this is surprisingly good news. It would be nice to see UCF have a well-attended game against a FCS opponent after an 0-2 start. If BYU can beat Virginia and Utah St, they should be comfortably ranked in the Top 25, and that should be enough to get a good crowd for that game as well.

Less tix as of now have been sold for that Thursday night game vs BYU as compared to the season opener against BCC as Saturday's game is the first UCF Home Game in 295 days, plus its Parents Weekend so huge blocks of tix were sold weeks ago...but yes, if BYU comes in undefeated...that should help, but UCF would have to win Saturday and then win at Houston to keep positive momentum going as far as advanced tix sells for BYU.

It's not bad considering it's an FCS school.

and we are 0-2

Won't be 0-2 for long. After playing two tough road games your fans will get to see a whoopin' on the home field.

Serious question, is there a LDS population in the Orlando area that may contribute to visitor tickets sold? I've always heard that, like the academies, BYU has sort of a built-in fanbase throughout the country.

Ireland was a, "home game" LOL

Kind of off-topic: Anyone know if the game in Ireland is going to be a yearly deal that the AAC will be involved with?

You shouldn't have any problems. We missed two FG's (one would have been the game winner from 40 yards) as for their two TD's, one was a 54 yd pass that had helium in it that our Safety mis-judged and the other was set-up by a 30 yd run on 3rd and 15. Could have been a shut-out, instead it was a two point loss.

I think Bethune Cookman is a good enough FCS squad to make things interesting. I don't know what to expect to be honest. Could be a closer game than we expect.

Ucf nearing a sellout vs BCC
There are a couple of former Ucf players on the squad. I don't think it will be close though
