Yeah, BUT, Iowa State beat Iowa (not a shocker there) -- and ND State could jump from D1AA to the Mountain West and probably be #3 in the conference behind Boise and whoever is having a great year that year.

ND State is basically like Marshall right before jumping into the MAC and going 10-3/12-1/13-0 in the first 3 seasons in D1A football.

An exception to the "D1AA" thing, as every so often there's a dominant team that could do very well here in regular D1.
