Emailed me, wanted to know if a mod had banned him because he can't get back on.

Got banned for the HJ thread is what I was told.

Who tells you these things? How much of your life is this board?

Well, it's quite complicated. I'd say none of it is "my life" because it's virtual, and no weight is put on things said here.

Now as to the real fact that the poster who uses the Nacho id being banned? It was a personal message from him, saying, "I've been banned".

That's the long and short. Now, there are others who take this so seriously that they actually (gasp) make up numerous sock puppet id's and use them soley to troll my posts. THAT is just taking things a LITTLE TOO SERIOUSLY.

But, we all have choices in life.

Do they call themselves "bronco lifer" and argue with a college student until 2:30 am these sock puppeteers? Or do they try and spread rumors about the coaches personal life?

When do you melt down and beg to be banned once again? THAT is taking this a little too far.

Yeah, and a poster who puts so much weight on countering a poster, taking this so seriously, obviously getting worked up and frustrated is a sign of "healthy".

It looks like he just got "warned". I don't think that lets him post for a couple of weeks (see my 50% warning, I would know).

Speaking of which... I've had that for like 9 months... when does that expire?

I've had to change my password a few times also for that same reason Dip.

This place has always had a few bugs to be worked out, but all in all they've built a nice sports site. Wonder if they're turning a profit yet.
