RE: Nick’s Picks Week 3 Recap & Power Ranking
2 best players don't account for 37 points.
BG had some of their best players gone they scored 45. Toledo was missing guys they scored 30 something. NIU had many of their top players out they scored 45.
That's a half ass excuse. CMU is better than UMass, but george you're better than that to say the 2 best players cost them.
NIU beat Toledo by 18 last year with their top 3 wideouts hurt last year, you gotta lean on other guys,it's called depth.

When the hell did I say it cost them the game? CMU would have lost anyway. I was making a point that the score would have been closer than 40-3, which is why the one dude is saying UMass is above CMU.

Sad that they let rawls play even with the charge pending from may or whenever he decided to steal that woman's purse. Guess they really wanted that B1G win.
Athletic dept just found out about the incident with Rawls on Friday. He was suspended immediately. And I have to believe the timing affected the team somewhat. Syracuse looked to have a good defense to me, possibly the best we'll face this year, but our entire offense looked unfocused, to say the least.
Keep in mind that Rawls was still finishing his undergrad work at Michigan, when the alleged incident happened in April. And yes, if he did this, it was a dumb-arsed move on his part. When are some of these guys going to learn?
