Right now.. I'll pick:

Rice
Marshall
UNT
Louisville (First loss of the week): they're gonna be PO"D!
FAU: I think Tulsa would normally handle Wyoming, so I'll go with FAU here
La Tech
USM
Memphis (Unfortunately, don't think MTSU will have the horses to keep up)

6-2 for C-USA this week..

Yeah, one white kid gets beat up and everyone freaks out.

Memphis mother killed by domestic violence and that doesn't make national news...but hey, she's black so I guess that crime doesn't count.

So typical.

Domestic violence happens all the time white and black all over the country. So there is no news there. And stop trying to turn everything into a race issue. That's the city of Memphis's main problem. They are obsessed with race! They can't see past it everything revolves around it and that is why it's the crap hole it is.

No kidding. The whole city of Memphis is just a racist piece of ****.

RE: Looking to Week #4 in CUSA
Three games I will be watching very closely with fingers crossed:

FAU @ Wyoming - Wyoming is interesting because they play at the highest elevation stadium in the NCAA (7,215 ft, about 40% higher than Mile High Stadium). Before they put in artificial turf, they cut the grass very high to slow down visiting teams.

Appalachian St. @ USM - Now would be a GREAT time to snap out of it Eagles! Sunbelt will have trouble filling their bowl games if they lose all of their OOC schedule.

MTSU @ Memphis - I really don't like Memphis State.

Nice to know that people in Memphis don't see a roaming pack of 100 teenagers beating up one innocent person as a problem. No wonder The First 48 likes filming there.

Never mind that the first 48 stopped filming here in 2009.

Never mind crime in Memphis is down 21.6% since 2007.

Interesting. You fail to mention a black kid who tried to intervene got beat up too. As a matter of fact, you were all over that when trying to say last week that it wasn't a hate crime.

Way to pick and choose your facts to fit your argument.

Rice over ODU: ODU is still too green for DI foe

Marshall over Akron: Mac will lose another to a cusa team

UNT over Nicholls State: NT will win this one easily over who? Nicho state, whomever they are.

Louisville will be too much for FIU. Sorry.

Wyoming is not Tulsa, they will beat FAU.

LaTech ove No.west. St.: LaTech has shown quite a bit of quality, easy win.

USM over App.state: I'm hoping I'm right on this one. Don't let us down SoMiss

Middle over Memphis: This one will be close and should be televised but MT will prevail. Good luck Middle.

RE: Looking to Week #4 in CUSA
Unless we put in a different QB, or begin direct snapping the ball directly to a running back, we may not win another game, including this week.

Our passing game is ranked something like next to last in FBS, one spot ahead of a team that doesn't throw the ball. How is that even possible?

RE: Looking to Week #4 in CUSA
The 3 big games are USM, MT, and FAU.

USM needs this win badly and I think they win this one easy. It all clicks and they win by 14.

I would love for MT to beat Mempiss, tough road game but counting a close loss to a UCLA to make Mempiss feel superior, MT by 10.

FAU is in trouble. Having actually played a football game in 1980s in Wyoming, it's too tough to breathe. Going from see level to over 1 mile high and play is very tough but FAU will sneak by.

Just a couple of miles from the great Overton Square 01-wingedeagle

Try 3 miles, and that's a long way in a city...that said, I'm not about to freak out because someone got beat up at the Kroger on a saturday night.

The bravery of all those African Americans was very impressive.

I'm with Rocket, MTSU do your thing in Memphis and get the victory. It's obvious Memphis posters have confused their recent football success for basketball...lol.

Well, we are the underdog in this one. Memphis is favored by 7.5, and Vegas is rarely wrong, so I think we have a legit reason to be concerned by this game.

We are 3-0 against the spread this year however.
