for the love of god, can we please keep the great "transfers vs local recruits" debate to one thread? this is beyond stupid.

we remember being bad, but we got over it. EMU hasn't, if your program manages to get good people will stop saying your program sucks.

There's a difference between saying they suck and wanting them kicked out of the MAC. Plus, it was other schools that lost to FCS teams this week, not them, so I wondered why there were 3, yes 3, threads on our board talking about EMU and how bad they are, when most of the MAC got crushed this week.

like you said, it's always going to happen. the funniest poster was the Ohio fan who was on some kind of holy crusade to get EMU out of the MAC. i think his name was The Optimist.

i don't really get the need to purify the waters of the MAC. getting rid of EMU won't make NIU better any more than getting rid of Northwestern will make OSU better.
