Having said, that, your AD really needs to stop scheduling those body bag games. Mid-level p5 or lower is fine, but at Nebraska and at Alabama is a killer.
One bodybag game wouldn't be so bad but I have said for years that 2 is ridiculous. It seems the new AD is going away from that. I think after next year (Miami/UF I believe) we have only 1 power on the schedule going forward. I'd prefer none but the stadium needs to get paid for somehow and many mid major schools have 1 pay game.

Unless a school is just so poor they can't help it, then they don't need to play 1 and done. I love the fact that when Mike Hamrick got on campus in 09 one of the 1st things he said was no 1 and done's. That means no games at Ohio State, GA, Florida State or other big programs and such.
Im fine with that as a matter of fact I think this should be the blue print for most of the non power 5:
1 IAA Game
1 Low to mid level P5 school (Purdue, NC State, Iowa State, etc.) that you can get a 1-1 with
2 Non power schools, one or both relatively close to you

Well, this Pirate/AAC fan will simply say that those teams got taken to the woodshed! Great win for FAU! I wish it wouldn't have come against a conference-mate, but they took it to Tulsa & get a tip of the cap from me! As I've previously stated, I will always be a CUSA fan, for what they did for ECU! Your teams have been stepping up & answering the call so far this season! Congratulations again!

Congratulations Owls. I have to admit that I was one of those skeptics that thought you would lose. I am more than happy to eat crow. I was proven wrong and to beat Tulsa who always had our number for whatever reason is doubly appreciated.

Why?
jk. nice win, see you in a couple of weeks.
Looking forward to it! Y'all made us proud on national TV last Saturday against a very underrated Pitt team. I might actually be going to the Louisville game this Saturday. I may even wear blue

I'm late to the party, but congrats FAU. Hate to see a conference mate go down , but a good win for a program that dealt with a lot of crap last year. I was impressed with how the team played after the scandal last year, and it looks like it carried over. Good luck.
