Who is ready for a Hog Roast...
Win or Lose next week...
in honor of playing the hogs.. I plan to smoke a pork shoulder or boston butt and sit down and enjoy a great pull pork sammy while I watch what I hope is a great game.
Lets all smoke some hog....

This is a game NIU probably only wins 2 or 3 times out of 10, hopefully it is one of those times.
I see the recipe for Huskie success to be
- Stop the big runs and contain the Arkansas run game, maybe hold them to 250 yards
- win the turnover battle
- Execute special teams well
- hit a couple big plays in the passing game
You'd have to think NIU is going to be pumped and focused for this opportunity against an SEC opponent. And this is a potential trap game for Arkansas with a big game at 3-0 Texas A&M the following week.
