Two in state schools as opponents helped. I was shocked at how many A&M brought today. I think attendance will remain solid, but it's going to be tough to hover around 30k without help from the visitors. Who knows how many will show up if UAB winds up in a title hunt though.

If the Blazers keep winning, we will bring a nice crowd to help boost the Blue Raiders as well.

Yep -- would've been a good crowd had it not been raining (more like hurricane-ing) all day, including all game.

If we beat Memphis (04-jawdrop idk) and ODU then we'll hopefully have a great crowd for the USM game.

How many were at LT vs NT Thursday???

What source is there for attendance. Seems like box scores (ESPN, etc) does not include the attendance anymore...

Absolutely! And matching last year's win total on September 13 is progress, too!

Feel your pain. Our attendance suffered the first home game too.

RE: Week 3 Fans in Stands
I was really disappointed in our attendance, especially since we played our hated neighbors. I think a BIG reason for that is that people found out the game would be televised. If our home games are televised then you can expect a small crowd, that's how we run here in El Paso. Bunch of cheapskates. LOL
